In the second half of the year 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was a member of a large family that included athletes. Her dad was an athlete the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in games like hockey on ice. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. However, she began her journey in 2008. In 2014, she participated in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha qualified for the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. Aleesha's first professional show took place at that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix took place in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. But, the "World's most powerful mom" decided to take a break from fitness due to health reasons.
